Our Return policy lasts 30 days. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with HeartBlu™, you can return the unused portion, still in the original HeartBlu™ stick packaging for a full refund on the product. To be eligible for a Return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your original purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your full name, delivery address and telephone number when emailing us about a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you have been notified of a refund and it does not appear on your method of payment statement within 7 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are damaged in shipping. If you would like to exchange HeartBlu™ damaged in shipping, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide product exchange instructions.
To return your product, you should ship or mail your product to: Suite #1A, 4015 1st Street SE Calgary, Alberta, CA T2G 4X7 once you have received confirmation from us to do so.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on original purchases are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
